My serious passion for road bikes began four years ago, when I was once again mired in rehabilitation after ligaments problem. With all type of team sports I was put a bold cross. Cadence and constant cycling is became my passion as it turned out to a decrease in the viscosity of the knee joint. The choice was made ​​in favor of a hybrid bicycle, which has since been wound more than one

hundred kilometres.

 

 

The road bike holds me off, it not only as a means of transportation or sport. I also liked most all repair, upgrading, shifting adjustment, washed and oiled - so I became a real bike fetishist. On this effort of repair or modification, I bought old roadies to remake it into a fix gear bike. 

 

Roadies, however, was the classical model of Jan Janssen in year 1968. On this model, Ian Jansen won the Tour de France. Beautiful steel frame of Dura Ace 60s goes perfectly on the Dutch plains and how to remodel it into a fix - could not walk and talk, that I began to use it for the most of the time now.
